Return Policy
At Hearts at Home, we supply only high quality grab bar products and hope to make our customers 100% satisfied. If you do encounter a problem or are just simply unhappy with your product, we will work with you to ensure that your needs are met. Please read the eligibility details & procedure for our return policy below. If you are eligible for a return and would like to proceed, please submit an RGA Request (instructions below).
Return Period:
Products (based on our “Return Qualifications” below) can be returned within 30 days of a purchase.
Return Qualifications:
Hearts at Home may refuse a return when the returned item is not in like-new condition. To qualify for a general return, the item(s):
Must be in resalable condition.
Must be free from scratches and/or defects.
Must not have been installed or had attempted installation (no scour marks from screws, bolts, mounting hardware, screw-driver’s, etc.).
Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging.
Must not have any writing on the original packaging.
Must not be missing parts / pieces.
Must not have damage from return shipping due to improper packaging.
Restocking Fee:
Hearts at Home charges a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, except in situations where GrabBars.com shipped the incorrect item.
Original Shipping Cost:
Original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the product is defective/damaged or received in error.
Return Shipping Cost:
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs for the item(s) unless the product is defective/damaged or received in error.
If you are returning an item over $75.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email notification with confirmation.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please expect 10 business days for our team to review returned items.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

We will then provide you with full instructions for a return.
